Procurement procedure

Framework agreement call-offs. The same supplier had already developed a similar tool to what we required for another government department and this procurement route saved at least 8 months of development time.

Data access terms

Names, addresses and email addresses are required to be held/accessed in order to provide a public service. Third party contractors may need to access this when supporting faults/issues, but if so only using their FCDO devices and only when they are security cleared.
