Data access terms

Access to sensitive data is restricted and only DBS staff can see this. Case workers will receive the output without the engineers visibilty over the data. Should there be exceptional circumstances where the engineer (Reply) needs to view/handle the sensitive data then this will be treated as a controlled exception, with explicit approval, time bound access and full audit (adhearing to the current Barring Referral Service process for Exceptional Access)
